The technician that was assigned to do the work on my heat pump, Audie Wynn, was very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure meeting him. He was able to get my system up and running again in short order and if I had a way to rate the experience it would be 5 out of 5 stars. I just wanted you to know.

The HVAC company that we were using went out of business, so we were in the need of of a new company. One of our units wasn’t working, so we called 3D Air Services, LLC. Austin was the technician that came did the troubleshooting, repair, and service on our units. I am fully satisfied and highly recommend 3D Air Services, LLC. I signed up for the service agreement, and I look forward to having them service our units in the future.

Isaiah was our technician and he knew and understood HVAC like a 40 veteran. He explained our options in a manner that was easy to understand for non-technical individuals. We have a semi-annual Preventive Maintenance policy with 3D Air Services which helps me feel comfortable with my 22 year old units. Isaiah and Cameron did a great job for us today and I would recommend their services to anyone, especially my spouse’s real estate customers.

The service tech was a nice guy and I appreciate him coming out. However, I signed up for the yearly service subscription and I need my HVAC unit cleaned. My tech said it would be 2-3 weeks they would contact me. I have not been contacted and they have not returned my messages. I’m regretting signing up for that service.
