We have had Carrier equipment installed in our home, both a new furnace and A/C – 4 Ton whole house unit. Thielmann (Dave Viegut) educated us and offered options for us to consider. He doesn’t pressure us in any way. We also give 5 stars for the installation team, and their assurance that all works well, and they check-in after installation to make sure all is working well. They have returned to tweak the set-up for a vibration sound (no extra cost). Highly recommend Thielmann/Ross!!
