Gerondale was a fantastic company to work with. My whole AC unit broke and they replaced it for us. Tom is knowledgeable and efficient. His availability is great and he works fast. Like others have said, don’t waste your time with other quotes. We also had a few companies come in and it was a very clear difference between Gerondale and all the others. I wish we would have saved our time and just called them. They know what they are doing and the have the best prices. We will continue to use them in the future.

My 33 yr old furnace went out the same day I was leaving town. Tom was a huge help coordinating what type and size furnace I needed (via text and pictures with the old model #) The replacement furnace was installed quickly and works great. Very pleased with the purchase and install. Thanks!

Don’t waste your time getting estimates for a new furnace, just call these people. Gerondale’s was the fourth company I called, but they were the first to respond. I had to wait two days for all three companies to send a salesperson. Gerondale’s came the same day my furnace went out. It took a day and a half to obtain these different prices for a furnace, Two companies didn’t even get the estimate to me for hours. I was with only heat from my fireplace. When I called Gerondales and ordered his furnace, he was there the very next morning. The furnace is so quiet I had to go downstairs to make sure it was working, only to realize I was standing in front of it while it was blowing. Old fashion customer service, that’s for sure! Father and son company, a total pleasure!

Came to home same-day. Called to ensure I knew what time he would arrive. Fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Friendly while doing so. Will definitely use this business again, should I need to.

Our furnace went in the middle of the night. I called 1st thing in the morning. The gentleman that answered let me know they don’t handle our brand and it would be quicker to call someone who does. Thank you for your help this morning. Very friendly and helpful
