Ive used Quigley for a couple different issues. Office staff are terrible. Tanya is a liar and rude. Scheduled appt to only receive email after staying i had refused to pay service charge and therefore would not be scheduling appointment. I immediately responded to find she called my warranty company and had lied to them. She then called and states she already gave my appt away. Who does business like that? Tanya needs fired or retire, who cares but shes not an asset to the business.

Purchased a new furnace and A/C unit from Quigley Smart almost 2 years ago. Called to schedule a service and Jeff was scheduled to come out. He was very professional, kind and informative! I greatly appreciate the prompt and professional service he provided!!!

I have called Quigley Smart for several years for either repair work, service-maintenance and new purchase/installation. I appreciate the professionalism and outstanding customer service/support! They are truly customer focused. I recently called to schedule service and spoke to Tanya Truman; she was an example of true customer focus and professionalism! I highly recommend Quigley Smart for your Furnace/AC needs!

Tanya has helped me on more than one occasion. She has been AWESOME in addressing my problems with my Lennox furnace. Every time I’ve experienced a problem with my furnace she has been able to schedule me in the same day. Making me feel as a valued customer. Tanya talked me into buying a one year maintenance program which covers both my furnace and central air conditioner. She explained that the maintenance program includes labor so I can have worry free service calls if any problems with my furnace or central air conditioner occur. THANK YOU TANYA!

Terrible! The ladies in the office cursed at me. The guy that came out was nice enough, but didn’t fix the problem. I called the office and was called a bad word. I worked customer service for years. These people are definitely not the best and brightest! I guess I don’t qualify for the excellent service these other reviewers received. Unprofessional people all the way around! Can’t believe they have jobs!

My heat has been out so I called Quigley Smart. The service person sent over was Jason. He was the nicest and most helpful service person I’ve ever encountered. S/O to Jason, you’re the best! Because of you, I would recommend Quigley smart to anyone.

VERY EXPENSIVE but timely and competent repair. We had a cracked main pipe from the well where it enters the house, so I had to bleed off the pressure, drain the house pipes, and close the main shutoff. I called them that evening, and they sent someone out the next day, which was great! However….the guy assessed the situation (about 15 minutes) and then left for maybe 45 minutes to get a part. Then he was here for maybe 10 minutes and told me they had given him the wrong part, so he left AGAIN for maybe 1/2 to 1 hour (can’t remember) then returned again. He then spent maybe a half hour actually fixing it. After he was done, (he did good work) he charged me over $500! The parts were a couple of simple fittings and unions, and he was only actually here working on it for maybe an hour at most. I was shocked at the bill and asked him how much they charge per hour and he said they “don’t do it that way”, that they “use a picture book”. He did not provide an itemized invoice for the parts and labor. I would guess the charge should have been about half the amount that he charged, maybe a $100 trip charge, $100 for an hour’s labor and $50 for parts. Why should I have to pay for him to run around and get parts when he was gone longer than he was here, and the second absence was due to an error? Maybe he just made a mistake, and I should call them to get clarification and hopefully a partial refund. SMH

Our furnace died Sunday morning. Jeff came to see what was wrong. He had to order a new blower. He came the next day to install it. While he as analyzing and assessing the furnace he noticed that we were using the wrong filter for our unit. No one ever explained that to me. It made a huge difference with the efficiency. Thanks again Jeff!
