I am very appreciative of Michael Madrid’s persistence and patience in solving what turned out to be a complex plumbing problem. Though it was frustrating, he took the time to talk me through the whole process, and his manager dropped everything & came to help think through the problem (thank you Bill!). Michael found the culprit of the clogged water line to the master bath a few minutes into his second visit. This was certainly much more complicated than I expected, but I learned a lot and developed trust in the people at this company that makes me willing to invest in maintaining a solid customer relationship with them. I also like Michael & Son because they have other services for homecare, like drywall repair, which I will also need, since several holes had to be cut. Their annual membership is worth having if you own a home. Consider it like preventive medicine for the home.

The nicest tech, Connor, came out same day. Provided phenomenal thorough service super quick and easy will definitely only use in the future. Update: Phenomenal as always, professional, kind, courteous. Will always request Connor if available best tech there! Update: HVAC tech Byron was phenomenal, professional, friendly and super thorough! I have my set plumber and hvac technicians if you call M&S ask for Byron in HVAC!

My technician was Byron. He arrived on time during one of the 90 plus degree days in the valley. Byron was friendly and professional. His task, to change the fried board on my HVAC system. However, Byron quickly discovered several other wiring issues related to my system. He spent three long hours in the attic space and the system is like new and installed correctly. 5 stars all around. Trust Michael and sons.

We are thrilled with the service we received today! Two toilets replaced and 3 faucets repaired. Josh was thorough and efficient, not to mention he did an excellent job with the repairs and installations. He professionally explained issues and shared considerations for the future regarding updating some valves. We will definitely use M&S again!

Jonathan Gwin installed two toilets for us. He was prompt, courteous, and helpful. He also taught me a few pointers to optimize our water pressure and to maintain our sump pump, which was immediately helpful. He was also kind to my children, which showed he was willing to go the extra mile to make a positive customer service. Great experience!
