Workers were concerned about the cost and getting the system functioning for us. Bill was itemized for ease of understanding what I paid for. Very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge. This doesn’t seem to be a real place of business. I think the phone number is an automated system that will randomly connect you to another random HVAC company in the area. I called this number twice and it connected me to a different HVAC company both times. The second time I called, I asked the person who came by and he had never heard of this company or the phone number I called. Not sure what’s going on here but It seems suspicious to me. I drove by their address to double check and it is clearly a fake address, there is a nail salon located here, no HVAC company in sight.
