This company is amazing . Our technician John was very informative , understanding and compassionate . He explained everything in great detail . I was very impressed with not only his superior customer service skills but the pride he had for the company he works for . I have dealt with many companies in my area and by far this company comes out top notch . The receptionist was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in making sure everything was done to my satisfaction ! This is a company I would recommend to anyone I know .

B&L Ott recently installed a 7 head, 3 outdoor unit Mitsubishi Hi Heat ductless min-split system into our 170 year old stone farmhouse. The result is a beautiful installation that cools and heats our house evenly and is whisper-quiet. Everyone was friendly and professional, excellent communicators and expert HVAC technicians. All of our concerns and requests were carefully and cheerfully addressed immediately. Jeremy created an excellent proposal on the spot and the installation team, Fernando, Nick, Joe, Chris, and Maurice, led by Elliot, started the next business day, completing the work in a week, despite rain, without a hitch. I don’t know what they could have done better. Highly recommend these folks!

Meade installed a new AC/Heating system today. They were the best ever! Mike, Eric, Joe, Nick and Paul all worked as a well-oiled machine, installed the new system within 24 hours from meeting with Mike and Eric and did a beautiful job. No cleanup needed after they completed the installation. I HIGHLY recommend Meade/B&L Ott for any ac/hvac needs that may arise. Kudos to the team!!! Thank you, Patty

I can’t say enough about the top notch service provided to me by B&L Ott Heating & Air Conditioning. Eric and his team provided professional, efficient and kindly service for my home generator installation. Eric was very patient, explained everything and was always on spot whenever I had any questions regarding the project. Thanks again Eric. Over the course of one weekend we had issues with our Trane heat pump where it seemed to be running continuously and not shutting off. Our service agreement with B & L Ott was utilized several times. When the problem with our unit was finally diagnosed by Eric and Dean, we were finally relieved. Eric, Dean, and Eric the technician went above and beyond to help us out and give us informed options to help us solve our problem with our heat pump. We ultimately decided to replace our Trane heat pump with a new one. Our new system was installed on March 8, 2024 by Elliot, Oliver, and Jordan who did a wonderful job. We would definitely recommend B & L Ott for all of your heating and cooling needs.

Our first indication that we were being warmed by emergency heat for over a month was a $912 electric bill! Ott’s technician, Mike, came the day of our call and told us a power surge had completely destroyed the system. He discussed the alternatives and after a comprehensive room-to-room measurement and inspection the following day by Eric, the manager, we opted for a new heat pump with a propane backup. All this happened on a Friday and the heat pump was in place by 4 PM on Monday. We could not have asked for better and more personalized service. The technicians at Ott are knowledgeable, neat and careful with all they do in the house.
