Our realtor recommended Randy Heck when our hot water heater was leaking. They came the next day and fixed the issue and also made an additional repair to an outside faucet. We also contacted them when our son needed a new hot water heater installed. And again a few days later when the water line to the upstairs laundry room was leaking and water was running through the wall into the first floor ceiling and into the basement. They were able to come the next day and quickly discovered the cause. He made the repair with minimal removal of the drywall and referred us to someone to do the drywall repair. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or heating repairs.

We experienced a water leak resulting in a full demo/renovation of our kitchen and bathrooms. Randy was recommended to me & I’m glad we called. He speaks to you directly so no office lines/robots to wait through. I’m a nursing student & my husbands a carpenter so we don’t have extra money to blow. It’s easier to pay a plumber you trust, so call Randy! He is very fair in his pricing, trustworthy, and efficient. He also answers any questions and explains everything you need or want to know. One of the kindest contractors we’ve dealt with & truly knows his stuff! Randy came out for a water main leak at my house that required excavation. As soon as my yard was marked by 811, Randy came out and had us set and ready for the process. He and his crew had us back up and with water within hours. He responded to my initial call within an hour and called each time he was on his way so we could sequester animals before he arrived. Absolutely incredible service at an affordable rate. Randy L. Heck IS my plumber going forward. HIGHLY recommend!

Came in, pushed one button on the water heater, left 3 minutes later. Charged me $95. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time or money

Had some plumbing work done at home, but they only completed half the job. Called repeatedly trying to get our job finished before giving up and finding a new plumber. Over a year later we were remodeling, and they used Heck as a subcontractor for the job. Miraculously Heck Plumbing remembered that we existed and sent us a bill for the partial work they had done over a year earlier. While trying to contact them to find out what on earth they were trying to pull, I got a second bill and they had the nerve to charge a late fee. I will never use Randy Heck for any job nor could I recommend him to anyone due to his incredibly unprofessional performance and otherwise shady business practices.
