With trades work you often have to ask “do you want it done well, do you want it done quickly, or do you want a fair price?” Trusted Choice is one of those rare companies where I never feel like I have to compromise in any of these areas. I have worked with Brandon at Trusted Choice on a number of HVAC repairs/projects over the past few years. I manage two properties and have central air in my home so I frequently work with electricians, contractors, plumbers, and technicians. Brandon is professional, punctual, and thorough. He does excellent work at a fair price within the timeframe he quotes, and takes the time to explain the intricacies of the issue at hand, which is important for people like myself who want to understand the systems that power their properties. He helped me keep my older system running at my house up until it finally kicked the bucket and required a full replacement. When we talked through the issues, I already knew the longevity limitations of my old system and so when the news came that it was time to replace, it was not a shock and we were able to formulate a plan to remedy quickly. I will continue to call Trusted Choice for all future HVAC work because I know I will get prompt, professional, fairly priced service.

My AC unit decided to quit working on the the hottest day so far this year. Brandon came out the next morning to troubleshoot the issue and was able to quickly install the capacitor that had quit working with one that he had with him. He was on time, quick and just a great person to work with! I highly recommend his work and will definitely call him again if any issues arise!

Trusted Choice Heating & Cooling is exactly what their company name implies! During the heat of late summer, when many heat & A/C companies were booked out for weeks and others would not return my calls. Brandon worked me into his schedule. He found leak in line. He made repair, recharged with freon. After unit was running He checked operation. Before starting repairs Brandon gave me an approximate price range before starting work. When completed the price was at very low end of his estimated price range. I highly recommend Trusted Choice Heating & Cooling and will recommend to friends and family! Brandon is very knowledgeable and has proper testing equipment for his trade. Trusted Choice will be my go to for routine maintenance or future repairs.

Had my AC go out and had an appointment via my home warranty. They never got their act together and never ordered the parts needed by the time of the appointment(which was a month after it was scheduled). I came to trusted choice and in just over a week from the time of contacting Brandon, I now have an new AC. The prices were better than anywhere else, and he kept me in the loop the entire time until the new unit was installed. I am so relieved he was able to come through for me during this years worst heatwave. I will definitely be using trusted choice for all of my future HVAC needs!

We called Trusted Choice during one of the hottest times of summer. Brandon got right back to us. He said he can be there the next morning and actually showed up on time. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He was quick with the diagnosis and repair. We can’t thank Trusted Choice (Brandon) enough! We will absolutely recommend this company to everyone.

The technician was very helpful and showed me the bad parts, explained it in lamens terms what happened, cleaned up the mess and was professional (something that is lacking nowadays). Thanks for the AC back

Trusted choice heating is a good value. Brandon is a pleasant and honest person. I enjoyed doing business with him. I purchased a mini split heatpump from him.

What a great company! Especially Brandon. We have called them before for one of our retail stores. Brandon is very nice, efficient, and went that extra step to help us get our air working again. A big plus is the price is reasonable as well. We won’t use anyone else from now on.

I would highly recommend Brandon and his business! He was fast to respond to my furnace issues and was very professional. He knew what the problem was and fixed it so we had heat again!
