Other than not being informed of what the issue was, or what repairs were made when leaving, Westland does do a good job in resolving HVAC issues. It would be nice to get an email or phone message indicating what was done.

We have had two very positive encounters with Westland HVAC residential plumbing. First, Dennis Pawul, helped get our sump pump back on track. Most recently, Adam Faubel proved that our first experience was not a one off circumstance. He was able to help us overcome a somewhat uncharacteristic water leak (in a location you wouldn’t first suspect). Both gentlemen were prompt, professional, competent, understanding, and pleasant to deal with. They were the ideal individuals you hope for, when in need of assistance.
