This team should be your first call for your AC needs! My parents AC went out during the heatwave, the first company we tried calling came out told them they needed additional services after initially telling us one thing and so we began looking for a second opinion. I called Jacob’s and they were able to get my parents in that same day. They came out confirmed that we only needed an AC replacement and were fantastic service wise, honest and very helpful to my parents. Their honesty and transparency saved my parents over $5,000 in services that weren’t needed that other companies tried to push to boost sales. The team at Jacob’s was very communicative with myself and my parents, and provided great options for us to get the unit replaced. While we did run into some delays due to weather, on the day of installation everything went smoothly and the new unit was installed with no issues. I highly recommend Jacob’s heating, cooling and plumbing.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Called 5/13, they scheduled an appointment for 5/17 between 8AM-12PM. No call/No show. I called just after 12 PM that day, left a message and didn’t receive a call back, so I tried calling 2 more times just to get their voicemail again. I then tried calling again on Tuesday 5/21, they said they would try to have someone out that day or the next and no one ever showed up. Ended up calling Sifred, they had me scheduled the next day, sent a text ahead of time, showed up at the begining of the window provided and we’re done in less than 45 minutes.

Good people that do good work. We had them out to fix a problem others had not been able to correct… for years. They were there fast and did a great job. Fees were excellent.

I highly recommend Jacob’s Heating, Cooling amd Plumbing! The owners are great to work with, responsive and do whatever they can to get your issue addressed quickly and affordably. They shoot straight and can be trusted! They even addressed an issue that was found from a previous install when reconnecting my air conditioning condenser.

My furnace went out on a Friday and Jacob’s Heating Cooling and Plumbing was able to fit me into their schedule first thing Monday morning to replace it. Not only did their quote come in lower than other companies, they were able to get the job done sooner. I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future.

Highly recommend Jacobs Pluming and Heating. Their staff are pleasant, professionals who are very knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated their willingness to work around my schedule as best they could. Gentleman who repaired the leak in our sink did so efficiently, did quality work and cleaned up the area before leaving.

Dan, Chris, and Alex were fantastic! We have been out of heat from a gas leak for a couple months now. These gentleman were determined to get our problem fixed today and made it happen! The company as a whole has been kind, professional, and respectful. Definitely encourage anyone to give them a call to see if they can help you out!
