My wife and I came home from work today and our A/C had stopped working. Being that it was over 80 degrees in our house and we have a 2 year old with a 7pm bedtime this was bad news. I called All Comfort because I know they have a great reputation. A gentleman answered the phone and took my information. Within a half hour I got a call back from a technician named Brady that said he could be at our house in an hour. Brady pulled in our driveway exactly an hour later and within 10 minutes tracked down the problem to some bad wiring within our furnace. He fixed the wiring and got the blower running again in no time. He then went outside and cleaned our A/C unit before putting everything back together. He explained everything he did and why he was doing it. It was very informative and helpful. Within one total hour he had our A/C fixed and running like new again. And now that it’s cleaned it won’t need to work as hard which will save me money on my electric bill. A double win. Overall an awesome experience. All Comfort will be the only company I ever call when I need this type of service in the future.

My AC went out with 90 degree weather in the forecast and company coming. I called them and got the service call on the same day. He trouble shot the issue, checking the logical issues ( a big storm had recently rolled through the area ) and identified a poor wire connection at the outdoor unit. An easy fix for someone knowing his trade. Excellent service. Very satisfied customer.

We had All Comfort install mini splits in our home and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Brian came out twice to go over all of our options before we even decided to move forward with having them installed. He was always quick to answer any questions and had us installed quick! The guys who installed were nice and professional. They cleaned up very well and were always on time and did a fantastic job. We had an issue with one of our units and Brian was awesome in getting back to us and getting it resolved quickly. As well as looking out for us as a customer! He personally came to our house and running around to pick up parts to help get it all resolved and back up and running. They all did a great job and were very professional. Would highly recommend!

Very pleased with this company. They installed a new AC system for us last year. I had quoted about 5 companies and while All Comfort was not perfectly the cheapest they had the best value balanced with good reviews. They also offered and additional warranty at a cost that was still less than some of the quotes. Their install cost included a couple of free maintenance visits which helps a lot. Their reviews were pretty good and I can see why. They are professional and kind and they get things done fast. They also just recently performed a routine maintenance for me even though I was late requesting it per our terms from last year’s install. I really appreciate that! One thing I VERY much appreciated is when they initially came to quote the new AC system, I did not feel pressured. I also didn’t see any shifty attempts to be evasive when I asked certain questions. That was not true of a couple of the other companies we quoted. All Comfort seemed direct and honest, which is rare. So far I am very pleased with All Comfort’s services.

Started out kind of rough on Saturday 9-18-2021. But was taken care by Brian on Sunday with the reason for the issue on the day before.all that was wrong was a capacitor that went bad. Really professional and personal. We will be using them from now on. Hope this help with any decision your making.
