I don’t typically write a lot of reviews, however, I was very impressed with the quality of sales support as well as the installation work on the replacement of my Furnace and Air Conditioner. Brett did an excellent job at presenting the options and helping me understand what makes sense based on my needs and the configuration/layout of my home. There was no upselling, just open and what I felt was honest feedback on options that meet my needs. Brandon and Brandon who performed the installation of the equipment were extremely courteous and did an excellent and quality job on the installation. They took care of my home as if it was their own and were willing to answer and listen to any questions or concerns that I had during the installation. They did not take the “easy” way to install the equipment, they understood the technical requirements and delivered a very professional installation. While I have only has the equipment for a few weeks, I was extremely please with my experience with Choice Aire and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of this service.

I have used Choice Aire for 10+ years at two different houses. They have performed annual preventative maintenance on my HVAC units and have replaced a couple also. They always show up when scheduled and their technicians are knowledgeable and polite. If you’re looking for someone to take care of your HVAC needs I would highly recommend you try them.

I was very pleased with my service that Choice Aire and Air conditioning performed. We upgraded our 20+ year old Zoned heating/cooling system in our home. The old system had not worked properly for years. I met with Brett and he walked me through the process for the upgrade. He was very thorough. We decided to move forward. We scheduled the upgrade and it was seamless. The 2 “Brandons” -technicians- came out and were very professional and provided us with an excellent service and training on our new Ecobee system. They did their due dilligence on the install and were able to uncover additional flexibility that we thought may not have been possible. I thought this extra effort was impressive! Most other service companys would never had done this in my opinion. I will be a customer of Choice Aire certainly in the future. I have dealt with other HVAC companies and this experience was FIRST CLASS! Thank you for your service!!

We just had central air and a new furnace installed by Choice Aire, and I couldn’t be happier! Brett came out and explained our options, he knew the answer to all of our questions and was so kind. He also got us scheduled immediately, which was great since it was the week that we were in the 90s! The installer Brent and the guy that came with him were so nice and worked fast. I cannot recommend this company enough; I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!
