Very pleasant fella! Called to just get some guidance and he willing came out to help me figure out my problem. Turns out it wasn’t my HVAC, but he helped me get the issue under control until i was able to get the problem fixed! Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend! They were able to work me in same day and were at my house within a little over an hour to fix a leak we had in our hvac unit. They were very friendly people that did great work at a reasonable price.

Installed two units at different houses for us plus free estimates. Showed up on time and done excellent work and charge exactly what the estimates were. Cleaned up mess, good and friendly service.

Great heating and cooling pros, they make sure your heatpump is working right my opinion the best hp guys around so if you need cooling or heating repair give them a call very friendly guys!!

Our AC went out right before spring weather started hitting, called these guys cuz they were highly reviewed and the service and quality was top notch, fair and friendly as well, would definitely call again for anything heat/ac related !

It was a great experience dealing with Dale. We spent a while on the phone trying to figure out the problem. He was very informative and patient. He went above and beyond when he came to fix the unit. His price was very fair and only charged to change the sensor which was under warranty. His son and uncle changed the sensor and they were also excellent. I highly recommend them.

I don’t know where to start. I’m a contractor and have worked with a bunch of guys in this trade. This crew is one of the most (if not the most) respectful, respectable groups of workers all the way from the office to the field . They make you feel safe and are committed to solving your issues, and that is extremely important. 5 stars is not enough.

Called to set up for a service call yesterday. They were able to help me fix the issue over the phone without a service call or fee! They spent a good 30 minutes on the phone. I will be using them in the future. Thanks a lot!

The only local AC guy in the Lenoir area that I could get to answer my phone call. I needed to actually speak with someone directly. I was in need of an emergency AC repair for my elderly handicapped father. Within a couple of hours of calling, he was there to do the job. Took no time to figure out the problem and have dads AC up and running again. I’m not sure of the going rate for the repair work actually done ( I didn’t shop around ) but Dad and I both feel that the amount charged was more than reasonable and affordable, even for a man on a fixed income. Will definitely be doing business with them again. Thanks again!
