I am very happy with the quality of work and service. I used Mario and he was fantastic came on a Emg. Call and he always explained all to me And did a fantastic job each time. He’s courteous concerned and knows his profession well. When he walks in the door I know that I’m in good hands I’m so glad that I picked them for my home needs. I would like to add that I had a problem with my furnace 2 weeks ago. and A and J. Sent me Mitch 😀who was smart and found the problem very fast. I found both men very reliable and good. I am very happy with both men. Mitch 😀 and Mario😀. And I was so happy to have heat considering how cold it has been. Mitch also explained all to me and extremely kind. And also smart I was a wreck before Mitch came to fix the furnace. Just so grateful to both men. I did want to add to my review that I had a new air compressor and coils and pipe from it to compressor installed and men found a rust problem in a pipe which could lead to serious problems. And replaced it. All very thorough and professional. Men. The 3 rd gentleman that came was also wonderful. I feel that I am in good hands with A and J in Suffern ny. I could not ask for better. Service and men Steve the boss was very kind and not pushy at all. And he also answered all my questions and had the patience of a saint to deal with me and my lack of knowledge. I gave some friends and neighbors A and J number and they intend to use them for plumbing and heat and air etc services. Sincerely Linda Adamca.

A& J Installation are just a pleasure to work with. They recently installed an air conditioning unit and couldn’t have been any more efficient and hard working. They worked all day and accomplished what they set out to do. Cheers!!!

A RIP OFF , we priced a water heater and a new AC system. .. not only are they WAY WAY OVERPRICED, but the owner is an obnoxious PRICK! Argues with you and doesn’t care if they give poor customer service. HE WILL CHARGE YOI AND NOT FIX IT! HE doesn’t respond to emails or phone messages. Then you call him and he’s like “ yeah what do you want “? Not sure what he’s thinking, it’s a small county and people talk. You should have been nicer.
