ANC installed my central air and replaced all my vents (so I could accommodate it). They’ve been incredibly transparent and responsive since the first day I worked with them. When the unit began to rattle, I hesitated to call them knowing it would take a week to get someone out. But when I did call, someone was prepared to go the next day. (Even during this heat.) The technician Frank who visited was clear and thorough — turned out some paper had been drawn up into the blower, which he removed and photographed for me. I trust this company implicitly and they’ll even send you a little bio on the technician before they come. Mine was a “true country gentleman” and that was accurate.

Troy Comstock did a great jib. On time, walked me through the job. Treated the home like it was his own. He was very knowledgable and very thorough. Very pleasant to deal with, and took pride in his work. Based on this experience with Troy and ANC, well be using them for anything else heating/cooling we need!

Our service tech, Keith, arrived on schedule was great – personality plus! Did his work quietly and efficiently. Took his shoes off! Wore a mask. And provided thorough and easy to grasp explanations. A+++
