I had a problem with my faucet, so I decided to buy a new one and install it myself. However, I encountered some issues during the installation process. I contacted several local companies, but they all quoted me a service fee of over $140.00 plus the installation costs. Then, I reached out to your company and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by your plumber. I explained the issue to him, and he arrived within 10 minutes. He quickly identified that the connector was defective, advised me to exchange it, and to give him a call if I ran into any issues. He took the time to help me without charging me anything. He was very kind and professional, and I would have happily paid him for his services. This experience demonstrated how much your company values its customers and has earned my loyalty. Thank you so much!

The process of replacing our furnace and adding an AC unit was very smooth with Chappell. While we will wait for spring to have the job finished (AC connected); working with Tim (sales, estimate, scheduling) was a pleasure. He’s professional, clear in communication, and honest. The crew that installed were careful and courteous, on time and thorough. The office staff was pleasant when I stopped by for a few things. We went with a smart thermostat (ecobee) and Carrier furnace and air. It’s already working better than the unit that they removed (which was also painless, even though there was a behemoth of a wood burning furnace adjacent). Great work!

Working with Chappell was quick and painless. I got a quote the same day I called, with an appointment scheduled a couple days later. Fran was the one who came to do it. He was punctual and efficient. Even took his shoes off before going on the carpet! I wouldn’t have asked for it but greatly appreciated the courtesy. I’ll be toasty and warm this winter, thanks to Chappell. 🙂

The installation to replace my existing AC unit with a new Carrier unit went very well. The gentleman who installed it was professional, experienced and very personable.
