Paul did a great Job! He was able to diagnose the issue for my AC over the phone without needing to be onsite. He is very knowledgeable and thorough on his work. He did a tune up/ refill on the refrigerant on my Lennox AC and helped wrap the furnace unit. Paul did an outstanding job on getting my AC back to freezing temperatures and I was able to cool down my house back to 70 degrees he helped us out a lot and I recommend him to anyone who has AC or Furnace needs!

My furnace was literally screeching and Paul was over within the hour. Found out that both the furnace and air conditioner needed to be replaced. He installed a new furnace that day (and it was a Saturday) and I was not charged a weekend double charge. I’m April, his company called to schedule the install of the air conditioner and he came when scheduled. He is also very good about cleaning up.

Paul has been very helpful, responsive, thorough and knowledgeable with our furnace replacement. Edit: They installed our furnace without pulling a permit. And didn’t tell us until a city inspection that uncovered it. I called 3 times to speak with a manager. Eventually I got “speak to the home warranty company about it.”

I had a few companies out that couldn’t figure out what was going on with my intermittent electrical issue i was having with my with my downstairs furnace. Both companies ended up recommending full unit replacement to the tune of 13k without a pinpoint diagnosis I own a split entry-level home and have two young kids downstairs and live paycheck to paycheck. After three service calls with two different providers a friend recommended Paul to me. He came out same day and within 30 minutes had my issue not only diagnosed but fixed. Going forward I will recommend Air Knight to everyone i know. Special shout out to Paul for making my families home comfortable again! God bless you🙏

If I could give this company 100 stars, I would! We always receive absolutely amazing service and in a very timely manner. We have been using Paul’s services for years. He always finds us the best prices while making sure we are getting quality products. I recommend him to every friend and family member I know! I had Air Knights repair my AC a couple of years ago, and they did a great job. My secondary heat exchanger/humidifier broke recently, so I called Air Knights. Paul came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. I knew at that stage that I needed a new furnace to replace my 15 year old one that had already had heat exchanger problems. Paul was able to remove my furnace and replace it with a new Lennox system on the same day, and in only 3 hours ! The new furnace is very quiet and efficient. With super cold weather on the way, this service was not only fast, but life-saving. Thanks Air Knights-you have a customer for life !

Paul came out to initially do an emergency repair, turned out my 20 year old furnace was broken to a point of no return. I had a second company come out to confirm this and Paul was right, I need a new furnace. He gave me 3 options for furnaces which I really appreciated. He ended up installing same day and I finally have heat!! 100% recommend for any service you need

I had Air Knights come out after getting a lot of companies that were not able to come out on a Sunday when our furnace went out. I should’ve been suspicious immediately when he showed me what was “wrong” with my old furnace after digging up a photo on his phone. But I needed heat, so what was I going to do? Ended up getting a new furnace installed from him, okay fine. I definitely was overcharged for it in my opinion. The furnace itself was more than what I could find comparably online, not to mention the insane cost of “parts”. When I brought this up to Paul he just said “no, that’s wrong. I’ve gotten this before.” I should’ve pushed for more of an explanation but at this point I was tired and just happy to have heat again. So while he was good about the repair that we “needed” and lent us a part to get us through the night (which we didn’t end up needing because he came back same day), I left this interaction feeling like I was ripped off and overcharged. Not sure that I would recommend Air Knights for work though. I was hoping that by going through a smaller company (not one of the big flashy advertised ones) that I could avoid getting scammed, but I feel like it’s just inherent to the HVAC industry, sadly.
