I was pleased from the initial phone call with Nancy to Evan wishing me a good weekend. You were able to come out the same day I called due to our air conditioning not working and gave me a 30 minute window once Evan was on his way. Very nice young man – explained everything and was extremely pleasant. This is my first experience with Eric Smock after having heard commercials on the radio for many years, and I will definitely be using you in the future. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We woke up and realized we had an issue with our air conditioner. I was so worried we would have to endure days of sweltering heat waiting for someone to come over and/or waiting for the parts. I called and was told they would be able to get someone over the same day… Doug arrived and quickly diagnosed our problem… he even had the part on his truck. With an hour, it was up and running. Doug was a gentleman and a true professional. We have used Eric Smock previously and will continue to do so. I would whole-heartedly recommend them .

Our AC died right in the middle of a very long heat wave. We called Eric Smock Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. and left a message. They called back within 15 minutes to make sure it wasn’t an emergency and said we would get a call the next morning. We did and they were able to fit us in that day. Frank arrived around 1:30 and by 2:30 everything was fixed! Frank was very friendly and professional. We’re very grateful that our issue was taken care of so quickly, especially knowing how busy they must be right now.

Eric Smock responded promptly when I called to request service for my AC system blowing hot air at 6:30AM on 7/12/24. Within less than 5 hours of placing the service call; technician “Kevin Miller” was able to come out and restore the cooling to my home in addition he was very knowledgeable, provided excellent customer service and was able to provide me with the details of what was going wrong with my HVAC system. I will definitely be a returning customer when any HVAC issues arise.
