Todd and another gentleman came out and got my air conditioner running within an hour and a half (that is including having to go find the part as mine was an odd size and they did not have it on hand). Their pricing is amazing and their customer service was great as well. Thank you!

Called for service for my house HVAC. Showed where the unit was hiding. Within 5 minutes, no exaggeration, the issue was diagnosed and corrected. Panel off, testing, replacement, panel on. Direct and to the point. Would recommend at the very least for basic services.

Charging an almost 50% late fee with no reminder and no consideration when we had you out 4 times to work on the units and paid over $6000 kind of bad business as far as I’m concerned. I had covid go through my house for 2 months and having to be understanding with them getting the wrong parts and waiting 2 weeks and than having to wait on the right parts and than to be charged 3 times.

Todd and another worker showed up at the scheduled time, pretty much at the exact minute to be honest. As someone who is COVID-conscious, I was very happy to see both guys wearing masks throughout the entire process. They found the issue with my unit, had it fixed, and double checked my system in about 30 minutes. I will absolutely call them again and hope anyone looking for reliable and honest repair will do the same. Our electric bill went down $60!

There are no words to describe how great this company is. If you need service work or an install call them first. Todd had amazing patience when working with us on our home. He will go out of his way to make the customer happy. He didnt just give us a quote he gave us multiple options, so that we could choose what best worked for our budget and the design of our home. Todd and his technicians were always respectful to my family and property. At the end of the day they always picked up and made sure we had no questions or concerns. The end product was amazing. This is a local business that I trusted enough to go into my home and work without my wife or myself being present. That’s saying alot about Air Tech Services and their employees. If you want honest, reliable, and respectful call Air Tech Services. You will not be disappointed.
