HOT outside!!!! Air stopped working yesterday. Service ll had installed it 8 yrs ago. Called this AM. Left message. Was sure I was going to wait forever ( lots of air conditions stop in this heat!!). NOT!! Lois called me right back. Very nice & efficient. John arrived this AM & fixed within 40 mins. Working great. Great customer service. TY Service ll.

The Technicians that installed my furnace and AC unit did a great job and we’re very courteous and professional during the install and clean up. They explained the complete operation of the units and the thermostat. I would recommend your company to all my friends and relatives. Thanks again for the good price. I have been in the construction trade for 56 years and know quality when it’s done.

I have had a service contract for many years with this company. The techs are knowledge scheduling service is a breeze too. My A/C finally quit working last week. Scheduled an install on both a/c furnace ( both almost 30 years old) We scheduled the date and time. They were ontime and installed both units quickly and efficiently. Very happy with job and results.

We would highly recommend Service II. They went above and beyond every step of the way. They treated us like family!!! They gave us budget friendly options and ultimately we went with a high efficiency option that was installed very quickly. This Company has bailed us out TWICE this year, once in the summer when our AC went out (t-storm power surge) and just now when two thermostats that I supplied did not work properly. They came back on the same day within an hour and brought two new thermostats. on one of the coldest days of the year. We are VERY grateful to have them as our vendor of choice since 2005. They have replaced our A/C units, replaced my Moms unit and serviced my Mother in Law’s HVAC. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Thanks very much Service II.

I had another excellent encounter with Service II. During my routine winter maintenance a problem was detected on my 21 year old furnace with an inducer fan motor. The Technician brought this to my attention along with potential future problems with the heat exchanger. Upon evaluating repair costs it was best to replace the furnace versus repairing it. A very reasonable replacement price for a new more energy efficient furnace was provided within 10 minute. The new furnace was installed promptly and professionally. With rising energy prices, the additional cost of replacement versus repair should be recovered in 5 -6 years.

Service II Inc. has serviced our heating and air conditioning needs since we moved into our house back in 1989. They have always been friendly and professional. We have since replaced our furnace and air conditioning with them and have never had an issue.

Excellent, quick, and knowledgeable service. Our technician taught us so much about what went wrong with our A/C and how he had to fix it. Would definitely recommend Service II. We will always use them.
