The technician named Chris came out. Really friendly guy – was knowledgeable and solved the problem. Made some great recommendations if we were to consider getting a new system- as ours is 30 years old. I would definitely call Sams Heat & Cooling again for service or for a quote for a new system.

John and his helper installed a fantastic new air conditioner that I am really happy with!! Excellent service, and installation was quick and painless, with numerous specialists on hand to do the task. We liked how they cleaned up after themselves, leaving us with very nothing to do. Our air conditioner works perfectly, and we’re pleased with our overall experience. Strongly suggested!

Mike showed up on schedule and described what he was going to do. He examined the ceiling filter, the thermostat, and then walked up to the roof to check the furnace. When he returned, he showed me images of the furnace’s trouble locations and explained what he would do to address some of the issues. He was meticulous, courteous, and professional. I trust him and Sams Heat & Cooling company!
