Our system stopped working right when it started getting really hot. I called another business to come out and check it. They charged me $129 to diagnose it then told me it’d be another $1600 to find the leak, repair, and refill the refrigerant. I called the company who built our home and they told me that Croys installed the system. I called and got put on the schedule right away. Croys came out found the leak and saw it was a manufacturer issue. They fixed the leak and refilled the refrigerant in less than 2.5 hours! The best part is they are going to bill the manufacture for labor and repair! I am so impressed with this company and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and reliable company! Thank you so much you guys rock! 😃

I had some A/C equipment that I received as part of a retirement gift. I called several contractors in the area to see if they would install it for me. I get it; contractors want to be able to mark up the equipment. Croy’s was the only one to return my call. Todd met me at the house as scheduled. We immediately hit it off. He treated me like I was an old friend. He came when he said he would and completed the job as quoted. Great job. I highly recommend Croy’s H&C.

We built a home and they were the contractor for heating unit that we received from the builder. Over the three years we’ve lived here we’ve had about 4 instances where our furnace did not heat during the cold in months. And each time the owner came out an assisted professionally, as soon as he could, and got it working. May have gotten a defective unit, but we never received a charge for any repair thanks to the warranty. Thank you.

If I could give zero stars if I could. This “man” cannot keep his word. Was scheduled for him to come out at 5:30 tonight, that came and went. Called the GC, they contacted him, he called and said he forgot and he’d come out after supper between 7 and 7:30. 7:30 came and went, I called the GC again and said I wanted another HVAC sub. Todd Croy called me and I told him this is twice now he hasn’t kept his word, he said we’re done and hung up on me.
