Wiegman Concrete 4 days agoWiegman Concrete replaced the driveway & sidewalks at my residence. The results are beautiful, the workmanship is top notch, and Peter & his crew were reliable and efficient. Peter often arrived early to inspect the prior day’s work and to assure everything was in place for each day’s tasks. He was always available to answer my questions and paid great attention to detail. Wnen the job was done all the construction debris was removed and the site was clean. Wes even wiped the concrete splatters off of the garage door. Many of my neighbors have stopped by to admire the project and comment on the great job Weigman Concrete did. Five stars all around.

Sage builders, LLC 11 months agoSage builders have completed 2 roof replacements for my family over the last several recent years. 2 years ago, if you asked me about my experience, I would say they were top notch. As things go problems started to arise, which happens (we can’t always be available to watch over our workers). A professional company would address the issue and determine if it was the fault of employees or an act of god and fix the issue with with some possible charges based on the determination. This is not the case with Sage. First, if you can get them to answer the phone or call you back, they will fill you full of excuses and missed times to show up to your property. Then, when you try calling from your typical number there’s no answer, but use a spouse’s phone and suddenly they answer. Needless to say, after months of waiting, we hired another contractor to fix what was wrong with the roof. The result was improper installation of the product, but like I said earlier these things happen and professionals fix the issue. So if you like people that break appointments and probably block the phone number from a concerned customer, then Sage Builders is the contractor for you! ETA: We have only ever worked with Nate. Perhaps their other owner/employees care more about their customer service, but in our experience, Nate did not.
