The two young men that showed up to check on our ac unit were above fantastic!!!!! Prompt, courteous , explained the problem and fixed the issue(low Freon level) in a timely fashion. They explained that it looked like the unit hadn’t been serviced in a couple of years!!!!! This was very shocking to us since the company that installed the unit came out for its twice a year routine maintenance check two weeks ago! Thank you Certified Climate Control, you are above reproach.

Marques W was great. He took the time to check the system and determine issues. He did all he could to fix. Need other parts to complete fix. While the system is not currently in optimal operational condition it’s operational.

Update, 08 Jul 2024. Marques w (technician) is outstanding. Knowledgeable, competent, thorough, courteous, professional. His expertise is to be commended. He should receive an immediate bonus, increase in yearly salary, and be placed in a year long mentorship program with a senior level executive. He should be offered an opportunity for future franchise or to be moved into senior management. Purchase without hesitation! This company is a case study in how every business should be operated! I cannot praise every aspect and every person (that i had personal contact with) enough. The product is top notch, but the people of this company are second to none. The owner should offer a special afternoon to celebrate the wonderful employees that make up this company. Without exception, the employees need to be recognized and celebrated! Mike the salesperson was knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and extremely thorough. Mikes’s detailed explanation of every single facet of the process was concise and exact, without any deviations. Thank you for being patient with me and accommodating my needs. It was recognized, needed, and appreciated. Mike should be offered an immediate bonus as well as a permanent raise in his annual salary The office staff (sorry cant recall the names of the two women) are pleasant, kind, professional, accommodating, and thorough. It was my pleasure talking and doing business with the both of you. Exceptional office presence and skills. This is the front line, the voice of the company. The company is represented well. Both women (i am sorry i cant recall your names) should be offered a bonus as well as a permanent raise in annual salary. Special praise for Lead installer Tony Grant and Lead Installer Kevin Earle, as well as apprentice Chris Schults. Tony Grant and Kevin Earle performed a complex two day two unit install (1.5 ton daikin heatpump/ variable speed air handler 15 SEER, and 5 ton daikin heatpump 2 stage/variable speed 17 SEER) with honeywell 8 Zone kits. Additionally, they took extra care of my two dogs, assisted my handyman with installation of front door, kept my house clean, all while performing a complex installation. Tony Grant and Kevin Earle should and must be offered an immediate bonus as well as a permanent raise in their annual salary. Tony Grant and Kevin Earle should be provided one year of professional mentoring from senior level executive. Both should be placed on one to five year plan for senior level management as well as for part ownership of the company. Tony Grant and Kevin Earle should be placed in a program that within five years offers the opportunity, as well as financial assistance, for them to own their franchise and territory. Update: 15 March 2022 Continuous to be an outstanding company. Technician spent quality time and thoroughly serviced our two units. Knowledgeable, promo, courteous, Covid protocols, and efficient.
