I just wanted to say I have had a excellent experience with master controls llc. The other day some electricians came by to fix a light on our loading docks and he went to the above and beyond to make sure we had a working light to indicate our drivers. I believe his name was Robin . Very well rounded professional and experienced electrician. Explained to me the whole situation unfortunately I did not understand with no knowledge of such . But what I did understand is the light was operational and our staff no longer has to signal outside on the loading dock to tell truckers it is ok to leave or load. Thanks to your staff and team I recommend master controls to anyone in Cheyenne or near by areas .

Terrible follow up! I have been dealing with a problem with our brand new generator for over 8 months. Initially, Master Controls seemed very helpful and quick to respond in April when the problem started. It needed a replacement part, which I was told was ordered. Then, a month later, I was told the part came in but was missing a piece. And then…nothing. I called them again several months later and just got the brush off. My last contact with them was nearly 2 months ago (they told me then, as with the previous calls, that they would call me). Still nothing. Finally when Generac reached out to Master Controls on my behalf, Paul said they were just too busy to help me. Truly a terrible experience and now I have to start the repair process over somewhere else, as this company was unwilling to help. UPDATE: Our power went out yesterday morning at about 3:15 am when the temperature was around -15 degrees, putting our family at risk with no heat or water (we are on a well). Our Generac tried to start, but died within about a minute. This is something that could have been prevented if Master Controls had finished the repair that they agreed to.

Waited 6 weeks to get a Lightning strike checked, then they send 2 kids out of highschool who dont know English or their job. And they were 30 minutes past their required window to do the work. 10am to noon does not mean arrive after 1230pm and take over 75 minutes to do a 20 minute job. Not sure who is giving all these great reviews…I dont ever want to see them here again. And Im quite sure I wont get the right info to insurance because they were so confused with language barriers. Please Master Controls, use your head here. Its my job to hire folks like you so thank you for showing me you are not worth hiring.

When my well water stopped working, Master Controls called me back right away and came over within 1.5 hours. They explained everything to me and fixed the pressure tank Control. They were fast, professional and really saved us! Thanks Paul!

They have worked on various remodel locations for me and do excellent work! Great communication and quality work! Owner Paul is easily accessible and great to do work with. I highly recommend!!!

No call no show when scheduled for an estimate. When I inquired about the status and if I needed to reschedule, I was told to cancel. Very unprofessional, I hope this review provides feedback to improve their customer service.

Have no idea what kind of work they can do since they can’t even get the arrival time at my home correct…felt they could just arrive 30 minutes before they said and expect someone to be here. When we called to find out why they didn’t arrive, they hung up 3 times, called me back, didn’t speak, then proceeded to tell me then arrived 30 minutes early with no answer. Not the best way to gain good reviews. Update*** you told us 8:30, we had our front door open and we’re sitting at it with dogs crated by 8:00. When I called you this morning, you even said you arrived before 8.

Lots of stars and good reviews, so we were hopeful. However, we have been stood up time and time again. Today was the 3rd time they were supposed to show up — we have electrical issues and wanted to talk about generators. However again, no show. Excuses and such but honestly, who has time for this? Shame.
