Great service. We had a tree fall into the electrical lines that leads to our home. From the weight of the tree, the mast was damaged. We called in the morning around 9. They were onsite by 11am.

Steve was terrific. Called ahead to hear exactly what the issue was so he could make sure he’d have whatever parts might be needed. Came when he said he would, was very efficient, and fixed problem right away. I have absolutely no issues with any small talk that we had; it only took place while we were waiting to make sure issue was resolved. All in all, it was an unexpectedly pleasant experience.

What a pleasure dealing with Steve, and what a fantastic job he did on installing a new dining room light fixture for me! He went so far above what was needed, I was extremely impressed. Without asking, he called to locate a dimmer replacement for my fixture, drove out to pick it up, and then installed it. He also replaced a screw on the switch plate without asking, and because it was a different color, he used a color pen to make it right. ALL WITHOUT MY ASKING! After two years of calling and calling other electricians, never getting a return call or being no-shows, along comes Steve from Bob’s Electric. . .I am so blessed! Thanks so much, I am your forever fan!

I hired them to replace an old outlet that was installed (probably) in the 1940s or 1950s. He showed up early then lectured me for 15 minutes on his right wing republican opinions. He did complete the job, but my concern is that I hired him to replace an old outlet, not explain to me how he thinks the election was stolen. Or how Dr. Another Fauci is a crook. Or any other conspiracy theories that are pushed through FOX New or facebook.

Needed a light fixture serviced and called Bob’s. The lady on the phone answered immediately and was very friendly. Electrician they sent out was very friendly, prompt and professional. Overall, good experience and I’ll use them again.
