I had one of their employees start a job, I paid for it. He never returned, so I called again, the new guy was awesome, but they wanted to charge me for something that I already paid for. I was happy with them, until that. I shouldn’t be charged twice for the same job.

I had a dryer outlet installed by the Guske team. The electrician that did the work was quick and clean! I would recommend using Guske and will use them again for any of our future projects.

Added over $500 charges that were required to be code compliant. So the original quote neglected the basics. Plus it was over $1000 more then competitors (or $1500 more with the “additions”). I chose Guske because they said they could get the work completed earlier than the rest. It turns out this was just starting sooner and then taking months to finish. They originally told me it should not take more than two days. For this job, the timing wasn’t critical. Although, for future work that depends on timeliness, I do not think I can go with Guske. Those projects will have deadlines. Since Guske Electric already couldn’t complete this work within a a reasonable time frame, I cannot trust their word for the future. Plus the silly “additions” that were required in the first place is just a slap in the face.

My mother called this company to have them look at a light fixture above the kitchen sink. Appointment was scheduled for 9 am sharp. The electrician showed up 70 minutes late. Then he left and didn’t fix the issue. So she called my cousin who fixed a minor issue in 10 minutes. Consumer beware. This company takes advantage of the elderly. Show up late. In a rush so don’t fix the problem. Take the $75 and run.
