This company was super easy to work with! I called the office and the owner showed up within 20 minutes! Got then estimate and the crew showed up Monday morning with -30 windchills and got the job done! Will be using them again in the future without question!

Not professional. Made my tenants wait a week for the set up appt, though advertises as serving Oshkosh, just to cancel it the day before the appt. Did not reschedule. Sent to look for another electrician. Now I need to cancel the appt. with tenants, change my schedule, wait another week with another electricians’ company, prep another notice of entry for tenants… — UNPROFESSIONAL ! P.S. — The man lies about “We did offer to reschedule”. Never happened! In fact, left us a message suggesting we get a “local” electrician, though advertises in Oshkosh, scheduled the appointment, and is located nearby. Rudely stole my time, and invents utter rubbish about someone being rude to him. DON’T USE HIM.

Excellent experience with Gillett Electric. Their electrician arrived on time, did fantastic work in a timely manner and was very professional and friendly. I especially appreciated the fact that the owner squeezed me into their busy schedule so I could finish my bathroom project.

Scheduled an appointment day and time with Gillett and confirmed by email. On the day of service I received no call from them and after an hour past the agreed time I called his phone and left a message. I took the day off of work and waited around all day they never showed up. I get things can come up that can postpone a scheduled visit but a phone call, text or email would have went a long way. In the end Gillett Electric was a no call no show and a waste of my time. I wish I would have contacted another electrician.

Kyle was very responsive to my questions and made sure I was informed of everything I needed along the way. When he and his coworker came out, they were very professional and the work was done in a timely manner! Excellent job for a very reasonable price. Would definitely use them again whenever the need arises!

The Two gentleman that did the work on our home were professional and curtious. They had a major undertaking and did the job promptly and without complaining. SHOWED UP ON TIME!! Price was comparable to everyone else. Definitely going to re use this company for sure
