When I looked at their install, I noticed the safety panel covering the electrical was inside the unit and had damaged the sides. They didn’t replace the faulty electrical breaker they said they would. I have dogs running around that AC all the time. If I didn’t look closer I could easily have a dead dog.. not to mention damaged AC. They did eventually replace the unit (under warranty they blamed the manufacturer) after repeated following. No apology, no compensation. Really disappointing after being sold on a family company etc..

Good experiences with installations for both a furnace and AC unit with the Seider team. Thorough, professional and courteous. John made it easy to receive a virtual quote on the AC. Supplied him with a few pics I took on my phone and he sent me a fair quote within the hour.

Needed plumbing redone in our basement as the foundation needs repair. Mitch was right on time and even did a temporary fix for our wash machine. Very pleasant and great to work with. We have never had any issues with Seider and fully recommend them for your plumbing and heating repairs.

Alex did a wonderful job on furnace tune-up. He arrived on time and was very friendly. We asked him about are thermostat. We told him furnace kicks in an hour before set time. He read manual and reset thermostat, so furnace comes on at a set time. Will request for future tune-ups.’ Wayne Jankowski

Very good experience with this company. We had a pretty big job to do. They communicated well throughout the process. They were respectful of our home, cleaned up after and everything. They worked efficiently. They stayed within our budget too. The job looks beautiful. It’s such a comfort to have a dry basement now. We will definitely use them for any other projects in our future.
