We were visiting my mother in law in Madison (81) and while there, an electical circuit went out and we could not figure it out. I sent my mother in law and son out to lunch and decided to call Helping Hands to see if we could get help that day. I could not believe that within 2 hours they had a tech at her house. I explained the issue and that my mother in law is a bit unreasonable, but they reassured me they would handle everything with care and understanding. Jake was great with her, explaining the problem, what was required to potentially fix the issue and the price. Due to our own plans we could not have anyone there for them to fix it that Friday afternoon, but they were able to get her on the schedule right away Monday morning!!! My mother in law was so impressed with Pete, she called me asking how I found these guys, and they were “Amazing!” – my mother in law never says that. Ever. If I could give Helping Hands 10 stars, I would. Thank you for handling a situation that normally would send my mother in law into a spiral, and making it the most positive service experience she has had in years!! Thank you!!

Jake came to check wiring that wasn’t up to code. Explained everything so even I understood it! Fixed only what needed fixing for a very reasonable price. A pleasure to work with. I won’t hesitate to call on Helping Hands Electric again, so long as they send Jake back. Great guy. Give him a raise.
