I was looking for a company to handle inspecting my Generac generator as it wasn’t holding a charge. Being only 2 years old and a new battery purchased last year I was concerned, especially since it definitely needs to be working – we need our sump pumps operating. I had called a couple other service people but got no response to help me. I called Infinity and Nic got back to me assuring me he would take care of the issue. That same afternoon he came over and figured out the problem was my control board. That expensive replacement part was still covered under factory warranty but not labor. He ordered the part and this afternoon came right over and got it installed. So precise. Highest quality work ever! Nic is one of the kindest people I have ever known from a company hired to do an electrician job or any job really. He was a blessing to my disabled husband and myself and I can highly, and I mean REALLY HIGHLY, recommend Infinity Electric. I am sure all their workers are exceptional but Nic will continue to be my go to for any electrical work I ever need in the future. Use this company! They are honest and reliable – 2 things that is difficult to find in today’s business world. If I could give them 1,000 stars I would. Many thanks to Nic and Infinity!! You’re the best!

Had an issue with my home generator, called Mike, 2 mornings later had Eli and Matt there at 730 am on time and out by 8 with my generator operating perfectly. Outstanding service and nice people.

We have hired Infinity twice and both times they did exceptional work, extremely professional guys! Mike the owner is wonderful to work with. I got three estimates, they were the best price too. I’m a tough customer so to get 5 stars from me, I would not write this review if I didn’t feel it would help other people to hire a great electrition. I am so tired of having work done and contractors ruin things in my home or on my property or the bate and switch with price. I had none of that with Infinity. Thank you Infinity Electric and thanks to my friend for recommending them. She built a brand new home and aside from that she knows everyone in Kenosha. When I asked her if she knew a good electrition…she said call Infinity they are the best I’ve ever hired and the owner is a great guy. I didn’t tell them she referred me and I have the exact same thing to say about them!

I hired Infinity Electric to wire my new garage as well as trench a line from my house to the garage. They did a fantastic job; I am completely satisfied with the work. Very neatly done, and the building inspector event commented on how nice of a job they did. Mike, the owner, is a great guy. Very personable and easy to work with. He made some great suggestions, and the job was installed exactly as planned. Matt and the rest of the crew who did the work were great to deal with as well.
