The guys that provided the service were pleasant and helpful and did a good job. The problem I had was with the cost. First of all there were two guys when it should have taken only one-a very simple job. The part they had to buy to complete the job was probably $15-$20 and the charge was $350 which means the remainder must have been labor which must have included going to the store to buy the part. In conclusion I was all right with the service but very disappointed with the cost.

We needed an electrician. They asked us to pay $250 upfront. The electrician came but we never received a quote. Everyday we called they said we would get it by the end of the day. It never happened. I believe this is a scam site in order to collect upfront monies. Don’t fall for it!

On June 30, I contacted Empire electric for service for an electrical issue for a tenant in our commercial building. I went with Empire because they said they could provide service that day. I was told someone would be there between 10 – 1. Shortly afterward, I received a call that they would not be able to come that day but would be there the following day. July 1, I received a call that they could not come but could I reschedule for the 5th or 6th? Obviously, I opted for the 5th. A technician arrived after 4 on the 5th. He was here approximately 30 minutes and was not able to locate the problem. He said someone else would come on the 6th. I called on the 6th to verify and was reassured someone would be arriving. No one arrived and I did not receive any call. I realize it was a holiday week but if they could not provide prompt service, I would have appreciated that response versus a promise of service they were unable to provide. I did find a provider that did arrive within several hours and their technician stayed until the issue was resolved.

So happy I found my go to electricians! They did a great job with the repairs I needed- fixing the installation of a ceiling light, changing out a few outlets, installing an outlet, etc. Great professionalism and good pricing. I am so impressed with the work and the quality! If I have any electrical problem again, Empire Electrical Service will be the only call I make!

Mike was excellent. I needed an electrical inspection and quote for some work on a home I had under contract and he scheduled a next day appointment. Terrell provided a thorough inspection with an accurate quote that came in below 2 other companies I called. Would call again!

Great service! Empire Electrical Service installed over 35 light fixtures at our music school and were able to make last-minute adjustments that worked out great. Tech was very professional and helpful with everything. They arrived right on time, and did an amazing job!

Would give 0/5 stars for customer support and punctuality if I could. No work was ever completed, as they cancelled on me 4 separate days. Cannot comment on the work itself, as nothing was ever actually done…again because no one ever showed up.

During a storm a large branch fell and damaged our electrical panel/wiring leaving our home without power during the middle of summer. They were very responsive to our urgent situation. Mike was extremely respectful and thoroughly explained our options for repairs. He followed up multiple times to ensure we were kept updated on the status for restoring power. Luis stayed after-hours to ensure we had power restored for the night. Would definitely recommend Empire Electrical Service.

Had one set of lights and outlets that did not work. Identified the issues but could not fix it. Did keep me updated on the price because $180 an hour adds up. Told me he would keep looking for the issue but could run $1000 to $2000. I ended up just having him stop. He seemed frustrated at the end. On time came out same day. Up front about cost.
