I never, ever write reviews, but this company is apparently a contractor through my Homeserve interior electrical warranty plan. According to Homeserve, Infinity Electric accepted the repair but never answered the phone nor did Infinity Electric ever attempt to contact me directly at any point after accepting the job. Therefore, I sit here approximately 10 days after I made the repair request waiting for an electrical repair. Homeserve ended up getting another contractor today who scheduled my repair the same day they agreed to take the repair. I noticed another reviewer recently had the same issue(s) as I did with Infinity Electric… S-M-H @ Infinity Electric. 👇

Infinity did not honor their co tractual obligation with our home owner’s warranty company. I contacted multiple times and always got the run around. No one ever bothered to call me back or schedule a repair.
