David was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. After he explained my system and what was needed I felt very comfortable with him working on our backup generator system. He instructed us in what to watch for and how to maintain our system. We will place his business card in our file for generator maintenance (the only card in this file, no others needed.) A big thankyou to David M. for all he did for us, now and in the future!

I just had another experience with Mercurios and again was a 5 star experience. Today we had a heat pump air conditioner out and in this hot summer weather was very troublesome. The technician was very professional & experienced, he found the problem quickly replaced the part, reprogramed the thermostat and got everything working well in what seemed like a relatively short time. The bill was also very fair for the quality & professionalism that I experienced. Thank you Mercurios! July 17, 2024 My experience with Mercurio’s and the technician was wonderful. He arrived right on time, and I really appreciated his attention to detail and expertise about the furnace & heat pump. He was able to trouble shoot the problem at the heat pump and furnace effectively, and our system is working really wonderfully now. Thanks so much. All of my experience over the years with Mercurios has been professional, wonderful customer service, and knowledgable & qualified technicians. Good quality, good value, and responsive! Thank you for a great experience all around.

We had a system installed several years ago and have been very happy with it since installation. We have a yearly inspection and the service team is great! The office staff calls to make the appointment. They give you a arrival window, call about 30 minutes prior to arrival. The technician was professional and efficient. All around very happy with this company and the system they installed.
