I had 3 systems installed in 3 different spaces about 3 months ago and I am still dealing with getting all of them working. After MANY visits and tons of back and forth, me having to invest time and equipment so I could try to follow what was going on, my large 12K house system is still only able to cool me to a humid 72-75 degrees on these hot days. Hoping they will see it through and get it working- will update if they manage it. Thought I would have air conditioning this summer. They get 2 stars for being professional through the process, but as far as the results and work – it’s been rough! Literally had issues with each one of the installation that had to be addressed. To their credit they have solved 2 of the 3 (but it’s been months) And I was definitely told things at the sales call that turned out to not be true and cost me more money. Not good! Professionalism is no substitute for good honest work.

When our air conditioning went out on a hot summer day… Lifetime Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric saved us. It started with a wonderful human, Vanessa, answering the phone and a myriad of questions. A diagnostic consultation was quickly scheduled. Then we received a text with our technician’s picture and fun facts about them. We also recieved a phone call from Hugo, our skillful and kind technician, letting us know he would be arriving in 10 minutes. We have only positive things to say about Hugo… he not only diagnosed the problem but repaired it! Finally, the company checked in the following day to make sure everything remained operational. We definitely recommend Lifetime Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric.

New customer here. We had Juan from Lifetime come out recently to fix our air conditioning unit, and he was great! I had diagnosed the problem as far as I could, and Juan carefully listened to my findings and then skillfully took it from there. Juan is a super knowledgable, and a nice guy & fun to talk to as well! The other Lifetime staff I spoke with were professional and easy to deal with too 🙂

Came home last night to a non- working central air unit. Did some quick troubleshooting but was unsuccessful. Gave Lifetime a call and they were able to get someone out within a couple hours and it’s back up and running. Stellar service and communication from first call to the technician. Will absolutely use in the future.

The crew from “Lifetime Heating and Cooling “ came in the first day with quite a large crew. (My guess is about nine workers “, They needed to remove our old system and install a brand new one. After one man getting the information, Everyone got to work. Although They were all very focused on their section of the job we felt welcome asking questions. Each member of the team was friendly, professional, very efficient and respectful of us and our home. Cleanup was excellent Jordan and Jalen were the final two on the job we cannot say enough good about them or their team. Very impressed very pleased with our now warm home Thankyou must say if need be we will definitely recommend Liftime Heating and Cooling Jordan and Jalen both deserve the highest rating possible!!!
