Junior and his helper came out and gave me an estimate and the very next day he & another plumber came and installed my new water heater and bladder in no time at all. They were professional and timely. They explained everything to me and just gave me a very positive impression. From start to finish the Black Hills team worked hard to get our AC back up and running when the original equipment installers could not fit us in for weeks!! The Technician, Brad was efficient, professional and clearly knew how to trouble shoot and address the issue. What’s more, the cost of the service did not break our wallet! Lucas Babcock was very professional in that he respected our home with his booties. He was very patient with all of our questions and answered them with respect. He resolved the issue which was of great satisfaction to us. We were very satisfied with his thoroughness in not only explaining but also made sure we understood. He spent as much time as we needed and made sure that our old control panel was disconnected and just as ornament. He also made sure the yearly maintenance agreement was updated and we were covered. Black Hills and every one of their personnel was really great to work with. I live in a more rural area. Previous companies would only come out on certain days but Black Hills had an appointment for me in the next business day. I had an older HVAC system, Ryan came out and took a look at everything. He did his best for us to find an option to repair my HVAC and not to suggest a replacement. At the end of the day I knew the system needed replacing. They sent out Jeff the next day to tell us about the HVAC systems that we could choose from and went over each option in depth, ensuring that my wife and I were comfortable with the system we were choosing. Two days later the instal team was here. The instal team, Theron, Skyler, and Jake were extremely efficient and very professional. With the new system came Black Hills Comfort Pass. This includes multiple inspections of the HVAC throughout the year as well as electrical, plumbing, and crawlspace inspections. This company is able to provide piece of mind in all aspects of the major systems when owning a home. I truly appreciate the expertise and honesty this company provides. Thanks so much! Looking forward to working with your company more in the future.

Excellent Service. Bradford was very knowledgeable. Explained every step. Took pictures and gave detailed information about them. Didnt try to sell me service that I didnt need. Arrived on time.
