If I could leave zero stars I would. I booked an appointment and was told there was only one other job scheduled the day that I scheduled for at the time of the booking and that they’d be done no later than noon. I took an afternoon off to meet them at my home. No word by 2pm. Called and asked when the electrician would be coming and was told they’d call him and get back to me. Another hour went by with no response. I called again. This time I was told the manager would call him and they’d call when they knew something. When they returned my call I was told that they would not be able to get to me that day. I explained that I took the day off of work so that I could meet them and the manager began arguing with me. I was dumbfounded and asked if he was really going to argue with me (after I had wasted a day with such terrible customer service on their end) and he told me I could find someone else to do the job and hung up on me. I would never recommend this business to anyone needing an electrical job done.

I’ve used this business multiple times in my business. The machines and parts I use are very specific and can be hard to deal with. Each time I’ve had trouble, the crew from here, primarily Luke, have managed to get me back to an operational standard. I appreciate their timeliness and the quality of their work.
