This company is good when it comes to installing a new generator or performing its maintenance – I have seen both done well. However, when it comes to repair, it doesn’t really work out. To begin with, if the problem is already known, they would not quote the work until you pay for diagnosing the problem – even though you know the diagnosis already. They also do not diagnose correctly – I had an interior oil leak, and the maintenance guy who came for maintenance suggested the exterior gasket was leaking, even though the exterior was entirely clean. They also would not service generators that are not installed by them.
