Daniel visited for a initial consultation. Provided excellent customer service and great explanations for what he’s seeing and walking me through their process and next steps. Zero judgement of not really knowing what i’m getting myself into. Seems to be a trustworthy outfit and am highly considering them for this and future projects. They do charge a fee to visit and provide quotes, but this was well worth the time spent to understand the issue.

I was very disappointed in them. I had to pay for them to come out and do nothing. Their pricing model was ridiculous. It was “we don’t know what your problem is but will start at $1200 and keep adding more”. I’m extremely glad I went with someone else and saved $400 than having gone with them. And when they sent me the invoice, they had the nerve to include a tip section. They definitely don’t deserve a tip for wanting to charge me more.
