Tyler and Orlando were great! They quickly diagnosed the problem, had the replacement parts in their van, and fixed it. And the cost was only their diagnostic service call fee. Tyler was also able to give me a quote on some future work. Highly recommend Mauro!

Daniel our electrician showed up promptly, worked expeditiously, and did fantastic work. Things were clearly labeled and communicated to us when the job was finished. We were told it passed inspection and provided the number as well.

Excellent experience with Mauro! Tyler and another guy (whose name I’ve forgotten, sorry!) were here for about 5 hours, in which time they moved and re-installed a chandelier, assembled and installed 3 ceiling fans, and did a tricky wiring job to hook up our new video doorbell. Tyler also dug around in our very warm and dusty attic to help us take out an old defunct security system. All of that work came in at almost exactly $2k, which is less than any of the other quotes we got. (Other quotes ranged from $2.4k to just over $3k.) Also Mauro’s quote was a bit more clear detailed that I usually see from contractors, which I really appreciate. May seem like a small thing, but it makes a difference! Booking and quoting was a smooth easy process, Ricky responded quickly to emails and answered about a hundred questions for me. Also great communication via text to confirm the booking and then day-of to let me know when the crew was on their way. The guys were super friendly and professional, left everything clean, and were very sweet with our dog. Highly recommend.

I have a Generac 10kw emergency generator that would not stay on during a power outage last January. Being in Arizona, I called several different electrical contractors, none would come out because they did not install the unit. After six weeks I finally got a contractor to come out who missed 5 appointments. He checked the generator and said nothing was wrong with it. When I got back home in March I tested the generator and it failed with the same error message as before. The machine had been non operable for 18 months according to the built in computer. I called Generac and they called Mauro Electric. We made an appointment and they showed up and after an hour and a half of diagnostics, Ricky Mauro fixed the problem. I highly recommend Mauro Electric.

Mauro electric did a good job at a reasonable price of providing and installing my Generac generator. They were several thousand dollars less than the other bidder and they included the propane tank and digging of ditches, which the other bidder did not include. I was a little unhappy about the way they left the paths they had ditched through, but when I complained, they reduced my bill by enough to compensate me for having to do some final touch up myself.
