Harrison from NSE – Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Co, WA, did an exceptional job addressing a unique and recurring issue we were facing in Bonney Lake: half of the lights in our home would flicker, then stay off for a while, and then come back on without any apparent reason. This issue persisted for either an hour until the lights were off or sometimes several hours. However, with some excellent investigative skills and root cause analysis, Harrison identified the issue: one power lead on the E&E meter was defective!
