Scheduled an appointment for an estimate at 11am. The guy doesn’t show up. Later I check my phone and they’ve sent an email saying it’s a virtual estimate. Then they’ve also sent me a bill for $15 (plus tax) for not attending their appointment that I didn’t realize was virtual. This is the biggest scam company ever.

All the electricians in my area seemed to be too busy or too picky to accept my small job. Pro Circuit was not only proactive, their crew came earlier than expected, did it in record time and left with a smile. That’s the way to do business and build a clientele.

Dustin and his crew at pro-circuit were top notch. I had my house panel replaced/upgraded, and a sub panel put in a shop. They worked fast, were super professional, their work was neat and clean, and they were very responsive to any questions I had. They walked me through the whole inspection process. The customer service really stood out to me! Super quick responses, very competent, made everything right! I would recommend them to anyone.

Dustin and his team did a great job! Between 3 guys they installed 3 ceiling fans, new recessed lights in our kitchen, and did a new opening in our office then connectes that fixture to an existing light switch. Our scope of work changed a few times, but the team rolled with us and were flexible when we had a last minute scheduling issue. We love the new lights and the completed job!

Dustin said he would do the work and then showed up on the day he was supposed to start and declined to do the rewire for the remodel. Previously he had wired a new house for me and did good work. He will leave you hanging unless he needs the work.

Dustin just did another PHENOMENAL electrical job for me. This is the third time I’ve hired Dustin and I truly couldn’t be happier. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has proven invaluable with the two older places I’ve now lived (older wiring, etc.). He’s also very personable and extremely trustworthy. Can’t recommend him highly enough!
