Karl is knowledgeable and trustworthy. He will also call colleagues for advice on a situation if needed rather than winging it…a rare find! He took the time to find the root of a problem with my generator instead of just replacing fuses and waiting for it to happen again.

Our clinic experienced a power outage that blew 4 of our exam lights. I consulted with multiple companies before choosing Renfro. Karl was prompt, professional, and very efficient. He fixed our lights the next day vs. other companies quoting us 2 weeks. We were able to avoid closure and can’t thank him enough. I will be recommending him to all of our colleagues.

I needed electrical service so called Renfro Electric. I had to leave a message and was told by voicemail that I would be contacted as soon as possible. 24 hours later I have heard nothing from this company. If you need electrical service call a company how answers their phone.
