Professional and knowledgeable to call ECCO to inform them they had to come back out to install longer electrical wiring for hardwiring requirements. Sergio and Ramon did an excellent job of hardwiring and making it virtually invisible. Heather did an excellent job of keeping me informed on service status. Highly recommend.

Benjamin and Frank did an outstanding job completing our outdoor electrical needs. I was expecting it to last most of the day, but they completed in just over 4 hours. They were very professional and walked me through every strep of the process. This is the fourth time I’ve used Quality Electrical since Nov 2023. I trust them with all our electrical needs. Highly recommend them if you need any electrical service.

I recently called this company for information about an issue at home. From the moment Heather answered the phone; I was impressed with her willingness to help. She provided me with some troubleshooting tips to try before scheduling a service call. After some troubleshooting over the phone, we identified that it was actually an electrical city issue an; she even provided me with the contact information for Dominion. I was highly impressed by her and her teams honesty and willingness to help, even though it meant they would not be coming to my home for a service call. (another company I talked with on the phone said they needed to come out or Dominion would not help me if a electrician had not been to my home. I could tell from their voice they were lying and wanted to charge $99 for a service call. Overall, I had a great experience with this company thanks to Heather’s great customer service and honesty. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and integrity in their work.

We received a notification phone call and text that the electrician van was on his way then another one that he was going to be early and he arrived on time finished the whole project and about 30 minutes and demonstrated it and asked if we had any questions; was extremely polite and professional!
