Experience started out great, the tech who came out Alex Was very nice and knowledgeable. I had a few outlet additions quoted along with a panel upgrade and adding a garage sub panel. His office manager Beth, who I assume is who I been in contact with and set up the appointment etc said it would be a free estimate but because I inquired about not just an electrical panel the 5 extra minutes Alex took to write down what else I wanted would now be billed to me for an $89 service charge. Just unfortunate to see when you have great techs and the office manager ruins a $10k plus job they could’ve had because of dishonesty and trying to take advantage and charge extra for no reason. I’ll take my buisness elsewhere and I suggest if you’re looking into them for work you do as well, who knows what else she’d try to charge me if they started the job.

Got an EV and needed a big fat outlet for charging. Matt was assigned, came once for an assessment and estimate and a week later for install. Everything went great despite a few challenges in routing the wire from the box to the outlet. Matt was very detail oriented fretting over dust here and there. Price was very reasonable, but my box and outlet are literally right next to each other, so I required the minimum length of the very costly wire.
