Quick, service. Troubleshooted a circuit issue and made corrections and repairs. A few days later my tenants found a large scorch mark on one of the outlets replace. I have called and texted numerous time for about 10 days he will not answer any calls or texts. There is zero response! I would think this is an urgent matter. I will call another master electrician to diagnose issue, and correct. We will see if this was an issue that is different or one that was faulty install, we will then proceed from there. I would not recommend Catle Electrical as I have just 2 requirements, 1- do the job and if there is an issue later 2- respond and assist in diagnosing and correcting. He has failed. These are elderly tenants.

This was my first experience with Castles. Wayne was fantastic in installing a home EV charger in a difficult location. Very knowlegable and efficient. We are switching all of our electrical work to them

Wayne did a great job at replacing our electrical panel and installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet to charge our EV. He is also a certified Tesla charger installer in the area. He also let us use his truck to power our refrigerator to make sure our food didn’t go bad. I highly recommend him and his company to do your electrical needs.

Wayne was fantastic. Excellent job at a fair price. I was able to make an appointment and have my ev charger outlet installed within a few days. If you need a great electrician and company call Wayne. You won’t be disappointed.
