I called to confirm appointment time and got a 4 hour window which is fine but the female representative on the phone was extremely disrespectful and rude. If you are renting and wanting to communicate any HVAC concerns they will only deal with homeowner. Its very frustrating and the phone operator was discussing how she knew the Virginia Tenant laws and she had her share of evictions with tenants. Again, none of this was answering my inquiry if renters can get an estimation. At the end of day, my experience of just confirmation of an appointment to being treated like a nuisance makes me want to report this company to the better business bureau (BBB).

Alexander diagnosed the problem with our air handler very quickly and took steps to fix it. We are thankful that AirPlus has a technician on call during the weekend, because the summer’s heat wave is continuing and of course we want to be comfortable.
