They said that will come back to finish work and disappeared after getting paid. Can not reach anyone over the phone for 2 months. Is this company out of business?

We believe we have finally found professional electricians. First call was to diagnose the problem, which they did in minutes. Second call was to install the replacement fixture which I acquired from another source. Between the two calls the price was right. Both technicians were efficient, courteous, and knew what they were doing. Result looks better than the original.

Had water getting into breaker panel. Imagine the stress upon me… I was able to contact Mr Electric first thing in the morning and they came right out. They where able to evaluate situation and fix it in no time. Excellent prices and gave a great family atmosphere. Will definitely be recommending them to others and be using them again in future

How can we complain? They scored 100 for everything. But the most important thing is that when you go to sleep at night, you don’t have to worry if what they did , was done correctly and safely. This was the 2nd time and we don’t plan to use anyone else for our electrical needs. Thank you.

Our first job with Mr. Electric was getting out circuit box wired to run parts of the house from a generator in emergencies without lots of extension cords. Later, when we had a problem on frigid Friday night, they talked us through our problem over the phone for free, when may other providers would have made an expensive “emergency visit.”
