We had contractors walk off our bathroom job and left us without a working shower faucet. The person they sent from Chandler’s was able to identify the problem and we ordered the part and he came back and fixed it. I had about seven people come and were not able to identify the problem. This is going to be our go to place from now on. Everything from calling to being on time and professionalism was 100%.

Chandler’s Plumbing & Heating is awesome! We used them to help us with our electric and plumbing set up for our new place and they were responsive, quick and did a fantastic job! I cannot recommend them enough and we will be sure to use them in the future again for any of our electric and plumbing needs.

I called Chandler’s for a leaking overflow pressure relief valve. Alex was dispatched and was very helpful explaining what the cause of the underlying issue was and provide some advise for future mitigation. I appreciated Alex taking the time to explain to me his process. He was thorough and cleaned up after his work was complete. I’ll be using Chandler’s again and highly recommend their skilled employee, Alex.

Really good experience. Great communication on a system replacement quote and very quick schedule of AC install even at a time when summer demand is high. Guys did a thorough and careful job getting me operational, working in a tight attic with a can do attitude. They pride themselves on making sure things are right and the customer is fully satisfied. Back their work with a nice labor warranty too. All around attentive, reliable, and very easy to work with.

Chad Hargrove, the plumbing manager, is excellent. He installed a sump pump backup battery system a few years ago, and recently, he troubleshooted and installed a new sump pump. Chad is smart, kind, and explains things clearly. He also can get technical if necessary. Overall, a great guy who instills confidence in his customers. Chandler’s is lucky to have him.

So we put in a work order for plumbing issue and they had to contact REALTOR to get approval to do this work. (This was last week) I just got a phone call this morning before 8:00am for them to schedule an appointment. They LM to call them to schedule. According to the Virginia telephone Privacy Protection Act, I am not to receive a phone call from any businesses until 8 AM. I went and called them back at 8:15am and their answering service answered and not the office themselves. They stated they can take a message and relay it to them. I asked them why the company/business was contacting me before 8 AM and she said that is something you would have to talk with them about. When I google the website of their hours, they don’t open till 830am. But then the calling service said their phone lines don’t turn on till 845am. So I asked her again why I was getting a phone call before 8 AM and they’re telling me to call them back and I get sent to an answering service instead of their office. All she could tell me was there could be somebody in the office, trying to start the day . When I brought up the privacy act, she said that is something you have to bring up with the company themselves. I told her I will call them back myself instead of leaving a message. I want to tell her thank you for your assistance today and she hung up. Completely, completely, completely terrible business communication .

After 4 quotes from reputable vendors, I chose Chandlers to install 2 high efficiency HVAC systems in a rental I own. The sales process was low pressure but very responsive to my questions, including providing multiple quotes for different options i wanted to consider. Chandler’s ended up coming in with one of the more compatative bids. The systems being replaced were antiquated and had a convoluted duct configuration in a tight space. The team Chandler’s sent did a marvelous job, great communication, respectful, cleaned up after each day. They also helped facilitate applying for rebates via Washington gas. The systems were installed in December, when we experienced an issue with one of the hvacs at the beginning of the cooling season, Chandler’s came out the next day and resolved the issue. Overall, a great experience with Chandler’s, I would definitely recommend them for Hvac replacement/repair.

I just signed a service agreement for my HVAC system with Chandler’s, based on my realtor’s recommendation. The tech who came out, John H., was OUTSTANDING. So knowledgeable, so professional, so honest. While thoroughly inspecting our unit, he also rectified an exhaust issue outside and gave me a very good price for the repair. I also wanted to give a shout-out to Renee at the home office who helped me with a separate issue over the phone; she, too was UBER PROFESSIONAL, honest, and customer-friendly. I should have signed up with Chandler’s years ago! So glad, though, I have finally done so now.
